Dan specializes in a number of areas including comprehensive wealth management and retirement plan services. He works to integrate financial strategies and asset management for high net worth individuals and families, professional practices and businesses and their owners and also provides investment consulting to endowments and investors with fiduciary responsibilities. Dan is qualified to conduct courses that allow Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) to earn continuing education (CPE) credits. He earned the professional designation of Certified Investment ManagementAnalyst® after completing the educational requirements held at the University of Pennsylvania’s prestigious Wharton School of Business. In addition to applicable securities registrations and insurance licenses, he also holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond in Virginia. Giving back to the communities in which he lives and works is also extremely important to Dan. He serves as the President of the Bucks County Chapter Board of Associates for the Fox Chase Cancer Center. Dan is particularly proud of his involvement with this organization, as the chapter he now leads, has—since inception—designated all funds raised go directly to the researchers and scientists at Fox Chase Cancer Center. In addition, he has served as Philadelphia Futures volunteer, mentoring inner-city high school students. Dan is also a member of the Philadelphia Cricket Club and the Racquet Club of Philadelphia. A 30-year veteran of the financial services industry, Kathy takes the time to help make sure clients receive the personal attention they deserve. An integral member of our group, Kathy’s range of expertise includes resolving client inquiries, handling client communications, handling account documentation and disbursements and supporting our team’s back-office operations. Kathy joined a predecessor firm of Wachovia Securities as a wire room supervisor and became an account administrator in 1999. She lives in Yardley with her son, Brad. She enjoys traveling, reading and dining with friends.

Chief investment strategist
Mark is Janney’s Chief Investment Strategist, Mark is responsible for establishing the firm’s broad outlook relating to conditions in the capital markets and the economy and to develop investment strategies best suited to satisfy the goals and objectives of individual and institutional clients. He also establishes the firm’s asset allocation models used for portfolio construction and financial planning. Additionally, Mark directs Parker/Hunter Asset Management, the firm’s discretionary investment management division. Mr. Luschini has spent more than twenty five years in the investment industry interfacing with both current and prospective clients. He utilizes that experience to speak on topics related to investment planning and asset management at seminars and conferences. His comments and articles have been circulated in numerous publications and he has appeared in various media outlets. He is a Trustee for Janney’s Pension & Profit Sharing Plan. Retirement Plan Specialist
Bill McDonnell joined Janney Montgomery Scott LLC (formerly Parker/Hunter Incorporated) in 1987 to provide technical support for the Retirement Plans Department. Prior to joining Janney, Bill gained experience at Mellon Bank, Federated Investors, and the Social Security Administration. Bill earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh and an M.S. in Financial Planning from the College for Financial Planning. He is a Chartered Financial Consultant, Certified Financial Planner, Charted Life Underwriter, Qualified Pension Administrator, Enrolled Agent, Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent, Qualified 401(k) Administrator, Certified Employee Benefits Specialist, Chartered Advisor for Senior Living, Qualified Plan Financial Consultant, and a Tax-Exempt & Governmental Plan Consultant. Chief Fixed Income Strategist
Guy joined Janney in 2006 and is the Firm’s Chief Fixed Income Strategist. In this role, he works closely with Financial Consultants in providing customized investment strategies for a range of institutional and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Mr. LeBas authors in-depth economic and bond market periodicals and provides relative value recommendations across the fixed income spectrum. Named among Bloomberg’s Best Bond Forecasters in multiple categories in the recently released third quarter 2010 rankings, Mr. LeBas was ranked seventh in both the 2-year treasuries and 3-month Libor categories, based on the accuracy of predictions made over the past 15 quarters beginning in 2007. Mr. LeBas is one of a select group of forecasters to be recognized for his performance in multiple categories. Director of Product and Research
Edward serves as Director of Products & Research in Janney Montgomery Scott LLC’s Wealth Management department. His current responsibilities include the development and administration of advisory services and products. He also sits on the Janney Profit Sharing and Savings/401(k) Plan Committee. With extensive experience in the industry, Mr. Walters most recently served as a Director with Ferris Baker Watts, Inc. in Baltimore, MD, where he was responsible for the firm’s investment advisory service offerings, which included fee- based accounts, financial planning and consulting services. Prior to joining Ferris, he was a Director with KPMG LLP and KPMG Investment Advisors, and Director of Trading and Administration of the Investment Management Services department at Legg Mason Wood Walker. Mr. Walters also spent several years as a financial advisor before joining Legg Mason. A graduate of Morgan State University, he holds a B.A. in economics, and has been a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association since 1999. Debra S. Roey, CLU, ChFC, AIF
Manager, Retirement Plan Services
Debra has over 25 years of retirement industry experience. In her role, she provides sales and service support for corporate retirement plans, including plan design analysis, proposal procurement and analysis, technical support, client and participant meetings and problem resolution. Prior to joining Janney, she served as Regional Director, Retirement Plans, with Union Central Life, and was responsible for sales and marketing of retirement plans through financial advisers. She also served on several corporate committees involved with strategic planning and product development. Debra received her bachelors degree in business administration from Rutgers University. She also has the following designations: CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter), CHFC (Chartered Financial Consultant), and AIF (Accredited Investment Fiduciary). Chris Haidinger, CFP®
First Vice President, Director Financial Planning
Chris serves as First Vice President and Director of Janney’s High Net Worth Planning Group, part of the Firm’s Wealth Planning Department. Chris has been associated with Janney for over 23 years, creating investment and tax planning strategies for private and institutional clients, businesses and credit unions in an effort to maximize the productivity of their assets. As part of his responsibilities, he provides technical expertise and formulates financial plans describing financial, tax, investment and estate planning strategies for Financial Consultants and clients of the Firm. Chris is currently a member in good standing with International Board of Standards and Practices for Certified Financial Planners™, the Delaware Valley Society of the Institute of Certified Financial Planners™ and the International Association of Certified Financial Planners™. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Susquehanna University, and is a graduate of the SII (Securities Industry Institute) Program at the Wharton School of Business. Jeffrey Went, CFP®
Vice President, Financial Planner
Jeffrey is a Financial Planner who serves in Janney’s Planning Services Group, part of the Firm’s Wealth Planning Department from Garden City, New York. His responsibilities in the Department include the completion and finalization of financial plans, as well as working closely with Janney’s Financial Consultants on strategies to best meet the planning needs of their clients. Mr. Went has a BBA degree in Banking and Finance from Hofstra University and later obtained his CFP® designation through studies at the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. He is currently an active member of the Frank G. Zarb School of Business alumni association and enjoys activities such as hockey, rock climbing and running, in his spare time.
